Rain delayed start of play on the final day.

Dimuth Karunaratne and Lahiru Thirimanne added 101 runs for the opening wicket to keep WI at bay.

Karunaratne scored 75 before falling in the second session.

Fernando held his end despite Karunaratne falling ensuring no further damage was done besides the openers falling in the middle session. He remained unbeaten on 66 as Sri Lanka pulled off a successful draw.
