Three more Pakistan players have been cleared to join the squad in Worcester as Haider Ali, Kashif Bhatti and Imran Khan returned two negative results for COVID-19. The three players, along with masseurs Malang Ali and Mohammad Imran, will fly to the UK on July 8 once their travel arrangements are facilitated by the Pakistan Cricket Board.

A total of 10 players had tested positive when the initial Coronavirus tests had been done prior to the squad's assembly in Lahore. Six players including Wahab Riaz, Mohammad Hafeez and Shadab Khan were cleared subsequently and left in a second batch. Only Haris Rauf, from the originally named 29-member playing squad, is yet to clear the Covid-19 test, although he remains asymptomatic as of now.

The Pakistan squad has already started a 14-day isolation period at Blackfinch New Road, Worcester. They'll transfer to Derbyshire's The Incora County Ground on July 13 to accelerate their preparation ahead of the first Test, which will include two four-day internal warm-up matches. They are scheduled to play three Tests and three T20Is behind closed doors in a series stretching up to early September.
