USA all rounder Nisarg Patel has been dimmed eligible to bowl once again in international cricket by the ICC after passing a second reassessment test on his bowling action. Having failed an earlier reassessment in November last year, the left arm orthodox spinner successfully managed to keep his elbow flex below 15 degrees as stipulated by the ICC.
