40 by Uganda is the second-lowest team total in the Men's T20 World Cup, only one more than the joint record held by them and the Netherlands. There have been seven instances of a team being bundled out for less than 60 runs in the T20 World Cup, four of which have come in the ongoing edition, with Uganda accounting for three of them.

This was the 10th all-out total for 100 or below in the 2024 T20 World Cup, the most in any single edition. There were eight such instances in 2014 and 2021.
