The United Arab Emirates is set to host Pakistan and Afghanistan in a seven-match T20I tri-series, starting August 29. All the matches will be hosted at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

The tournament, which is expected to provide a preparatory ground for the three teams ahead of the upcoming Asia Cup, will kickstart with Pakistan taking on Afghanistan in the tournament opener. The final will be played on September 9. All the same games will be evening encounters, starting at 7:00 PM local time.
