Sri Lanka finally managed to break the record 242-run stand between Shan Masood and Younis Khan when he dismissed the former for 125 runs. Masood was well down the crease but was not able to get to the pitch of the ball as it turned away. Chandimal was alert behind the stumps and quickly whipped off the bails.
