Pakistan managed to square the series at The Oval © Cricbuzz
After their back-to-back losses at Old Trafford and Edgbaston, the odds were against Pakistan heading into the fourth and final Test. However, the Misbah-ul-Haq-led side came up with a clinical performance to win the final Test by 10 wickets and square the rubber at 2-2. The hard-fought series, which saw some fantastic performances as well as some mediocre ones, came to a fitting end at The Oval on Sunday (August 14).
Yasir Shah picked up five wickets as no England batsman, barring Jonny Bairstow (81) put up any resistance. Younis Khan was the Man of the Match for his double hundred while Misbah-ul-Haq and Chris Woakes won the Player-of-the-series awards for their respective teams.
