He was almost horizontal to the ground when he caught the ball. Slight bit of tentativeness costing Karun his wicket. This was a full outswinger wide of off stump. The drive was on but the problem was Karun wasn't fully onto that shot. Had he played normally he would have cleared the infield. Like Sai, it's a 4-ball nought for Karun on return to Test cricket.
