A fuller length ball seaming in sharply from outside off, Shai Hope tries to block it from the crease but gets a thick inside edge past the leg-stump. Carey dives to his left and shows razor sharp reflexes to grab it one-handed. The umpires refer it upstairs to check whether it has been taken cleanly or not. Well, well, the slow motion replays suggest that a part of the ball might have grazed the ground after Carey took it. It's difficult to judge from the naked eye whether Carey has his gloves underneath the ball or not. Third umpire Adrian Holdstock has a look at it a few times and mentions that the fingers are underneath the ball. Daren Sammy in the dressing room looks perplexed.
