Madushika Meththananda could be in line for her international debut after she was named in the Sri Lanka T20I squad for the series against England at home.

The experienced pair of Prasadini Weerakody and Udeshika Prabodhani have been left out of the squad, while Hansima Karunaratne and Inoshi Fernando have retained their spots in the side following the ODI series.
