Priyank Panchal's terrific run in the ongoing Ranji Trophy continued as he registered his fifth first-class century of the season to put Gujarat in a position of strength in the semifinal at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Ground in Nagpur on Sunday (January 1). Skipper Parthiv Patel, who was lavish in his praise of the 26-year-old, was also of the opinion that his team read the wicket well, which has helped them gain early advantage.
