The Oval Invincibles have done the three-peat. It's fair to say that they have assembled the best squad and got the results they were after. Imagine a world-class spinner like Adam Zampa, replacing Rashid Khan, flying all the way from Australia just to bowl 20 and be a part of the title-winning team. Easy life, eh! And when you expect him to play a big part, it is the other leggie - Nathan Sowter - who caused irreparable damage to the opponents. That's how this format rolls. Jordan Cox had a magnificent tournament, and as has Sam Curran with the bat. The Superchargers could have been the only side that may have challenged the Invincibles, but rain played spoilsport yesterday in the eliminator. Take nothing away from the Rockets though. They had their moments, but unfortunate injuries to two of their frontline bowlers just ahead of the big final meant doom for them. That's a wrap then. We hope you enjoyed all the thrills and spills of the season. Until next time, it's a goodbye from Raju Peethala, Sagar Chawla and Praveen Kumar. Feet up!!

The trophy has been handed over to Sam Billings and his boys are quick to unravel the celebratory moves. It's going to be a long night for the Invincibles. What an incredible season they have had. If you had followed the entire tournament, you would have probably known at the halfway stage that this team was the toughest to bet against. They might get a new name next season, but their fans would hope for more of the same in terms of delivering titles on a platter.

Sam Billings: Incredible. Very very special. Has been a brilliant group over the course of the last few years. Very proud of everyone involved. Lot of work goes in behind the scenes as well, support staff are incredible. He encapsulates this group perfectly (Sowter). Has been with us from the start, bundle of energy and puts his heart on the line everytime. He's been fantastic for us. Real group effort over the course of three years. Everyone has contributed which is what great teams do. Learnt a huge amount off Tom (Moody). He's done it all over the world, built environments, built cultures to be successful. The aura that he has, he keeps us on our toes.

Nathan Sowter | Match Hero: Obviously to play in this team is incredible. Gave me so many opportunities to do well. Tonight was my night. Very happy. The last few games have been given the reins to lead the spin attack. Got the result again, that is the best thing. Everyone in this team has come together from far and wide. Have embraced each other.

Jordan Cox | Player of the Tournament: Just having a bit of fun (key to success). Our team's so strong, it's about having fun with your mates. Donovan's only faced about 40 balls. Shows how deep we bat. Class lineup, very fortunate. I always try and bang that door down. Playing for the country is the most satisfying thing. If it comes it comes.

Sam Curran: Was amazing. Came back to Lord's for a third final. Was nervous coming in today. Brave decision to bat first, having bowled first most of the tournament. TC (Tom Curran) in charge of organizing the party. To win three tournaments in a row, got to celebrate those moments. Little bit lost for words. I'm sure tonight's going to be a great night.

Tom Curran: To win a tournament as hard as the Hundred three on the bounce is unbelievable. The best players in the country play in this, 8 teams. The batters have been unbelievable. We set out to achieve something special. Who knows what happens next year, we have kept our core. Phenomenal stuff from everyone, the coaching squad and the players. Couldn't be prouder.

20:56 local, 19:56 GMT, 01:26 IST: This is a freaky format folks. It really is. Oval Invincibles looked like posting in excess of 180, but the Rockets pulled things back superbly in the last 20 balls (conceded just 25 runs) to restrict them under 170. At the halfway stage, Jacks (now the owner for the highest individual score in a Hundred final), noted that ball-striking became quite difficult as the ball got softer. Not sure if the Rockets heard that. If they did, they surely would have gone extra hard in the powerplay. And unfortunately for them, the ever-classy Joe Root struggled for timing and Banton, too, failed to hit the gaps in regular intervals. Boundaries or singles, they stuck in for the first 30 balls to offer their fans a slice of hope. Then came Nathan Sowter who turned the game upside down with a set of 10 that saw the Rockets lose all their top 3 for just 3 runs. There was no coming back from that point. The hulk Stoinis smoked a few off the middle, but the required rate kept jumping out of their grasp like the molecules when a liquid turns to gas. Stick around for the post-match reactions...

Saqib Mahmood to Stoinis, out Lbw!! CHAMPIONS 2025 - Oval Invincibles. They have done it for the third time in a row. What a special moment. The players and support staff are jumping and hollering in joy. And this was the moment that gave them the reason to celebrate - Full ball aiming for the sticks and Stoinis missed it. Pinned him dead in front of leg peg and up goes the finger of umpire Michael Gough which will also mark the end of this game. End of this game, but it could well be the start of something spectacular for the Invincibles. They win by 26 runs and complete a special milestone of claiming a hat-trick of titles in this format. Stoinis lbw b Saqib Mahmood 64(38) [4s-4 6s-5]

Saqib Mahmood to Stoinis, THATS OUT!! Lbw!!

Saqib Mahmood to Stoinis, SIX, now gets the connection he was looking for! Full from Saqib Mahmood and Stoinis whiplashed that over cow corner to get past the 140-mark...

97

Saqib Mahmood to Stoinis, no run, full on the stumps, Stoinis heaves all along the ground and finds the fielder at deep mid-wicket. Not interested in the singles is the big Stoinis...

Ben Cox, right handed bat, comes to the crease

Saqib Mahmood to Stoinis, out Hain Run Out!! Whoops! They have placed a very straight mid-on and Stoinis smashed the ball straight to him. Hain wanted a single, but Stoinis was going nowhere. Hain turned back and tried to get in, but a sharp throw combined with presence of mind from Saqib Mahmood meant curtains for Sam. Hain run out (Tom Curran/Saqib Mahmood) 1(3)

Saqib Mahmood to Stoinis, THATS OUT!! Run Out!!

95

Sam Curran to Stoinis, SIX, that has gone all the way! Juicy full toss wide of off, Stoinis carves it up and over extra cover for his 4th maximum. Unfortunately for the Rockets, that may not be enough as well...

94

Sam Curran to Stoinis, FOUR, finds width outside off and Stoinis throws the kitchen sink at it, beats the fielder at sweeper cover to his left and brings up his fifty too

The Invincibles have been penalized for slow over rate. An extra fielder comes inside the circle...

Sam Curran to Hain, 1 run, stays low and scoops the full delivery to the right of short fine
